We try to make this as simple as possible, as print files come from a variety of sources, and we generally accept whatever comes our way. We print for both professional designers who know what is required and customers who are not so clued up.
Ideally artwork should have:
A ‘bleed’ of 2 to 3mm. No RGB images – cmyk is good, high resolution pictures, embedded fonts in PDFs, no spot colours in a 4-colour process file, no trapping issues on overprinted colours.
Why not just send us your file, and we will check it out? Many of the technical problems that can occur can easily be sorted out in our studio, but if anything needs to be sorted out at your end we will be happy to advise you as to how it can be done.
If something doesn’t appear to be correct with your supplied artwork we will let you know before we print anything. If you have any doubts about the quality of your artwork please by all means talk to someone in our studio, we will be happy to help!
Artwork can be supplied on CD, Pen Drive or sent via Mail Big File.
If you have any queries on how to supply your files, please don’t hesitate to call our studio on 01953 453846, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
And if you don’t have your own artwork, remember our Graphic design department is here to help you.
